Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to join our team at Pure Leisure Group. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring that our holiday parks maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
- Establish and maintain cleaning standards across all accommodations and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping needs during peak seasons.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality service.
