As Head of Finance, you’ll lead a high-performing team and ensure our Finance Department is a model of efficiency, accuracy and innovation. You’ll provide robust financial insight, deliver detailed management accounts, oversee year-end reporting, and play a key role in shaping budgets and forecasts that support ambitious growth and learner outcomes. What we're looking for:
- Proven experience of running an integrated computerised accounting system and reporting to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support a team within a finance department.
- CCAB qualified, ideally with substantial post qualification experience.
- Ability to work, influence and motivate at all levels of the organisation.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills shown through your ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and persuasive skills.
