We are looking for someone with:
- Experience with Engineering, Testing and DevOps engineering functions
- Experience thriving within a startup environment
- Experience with defining and owning the products that your team builds
- Strong problem solving and analytical mindset – with the ability to manage software engineering processes, especially in regulated environments
- Experience mentoring a high performing team
- Extensive experience in building scalable platforms – familiar with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies – and BDD, ATDD, TDD
- Experience working with clean code in an Agile environment
- Experience with mobile teams with specific experience within React Native, AWS and node.js
You will be our first engineering hire and be responsible for:
- Development of the app, Testing, deployment in the cloud, maintenance & security and the Data Centre.
- Hiring, coaching and mentoring engineers & quality engineers of all levels
- Creating a learning environment that provides psychological safety, inclusivity and a high level of job satisfaction
