As Head of Operations/Learning, you'll lead a team of expert coaches delivering cutting-edge learning programmes that help (non-techie) professionals understand, adopt, and apply AI in their roles. This isn't about coding or data science it's about bringing AI into the everyday business toolkit - think HR teams, middle & senior managers, change & Improvement specialists. They all need to learn AI.

- Strengthen and evolve the model - you'll have a voice in shaping programme design and delivery flow.

- Play a key role in strategy, collaborating with other senior leaders to keep coaching at the heart of the business.
