The successful individual will lead product marketing across our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division. This role covers Transaction Banking (Cash, Trade, Payments), Markets (FX, Rates, Commodities), Securities Services, and Financing (Lending, Structured Finance).
As a senior leader in the global marketing team, this role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for CIB products and solutions. You will work in close partnership with client segment and sector marketing leads, ensuring alignment between product positioning and client needs, and driving engagement with key institutional client segments across regions.

In this role you will:
- Lead global product marketing strategy across all major CIB business lines and translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to client needs, business priorities, and industry trends.
- Partner with Product, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams to support product innovation and commercialization efforts
- Develop and lead integrated go-to-market plans for new and enhanced products, services, and platforms whilst working closely with sector and segment marketing leads to ensure cohesive execution aligned with client priorities across industries and geographies
- Oversee the development of insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, video, digital assets) to showcase the bank’s product strengths and run targeted campaigns to drive product adoption and pipeline growth
- Establish robust KPIs to track product marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and business impact in addition to using data and client insights to continuously optimise positioning and campaign performance.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a focus on product marketing within a global banking or capital markets environment, with a deep understanding of institutional banking products and services, including transaction banking, global markets, securities services, and structured financing.
- Demonstrated success in creating go-to-market strategies that bridge product and client engagement.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience working in matrixed, global organisations.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders across business and marketing functions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
