Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
RICS is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Business Analysis to lead and develop the Business Analysis function across all change, digital, and transformation programmes. This role is central to shaping initiatives that align with organisational goals and delivering high-quality, value-driven analysis.
Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Analysis capability.
Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery.
Oversee BA resource allocation across programmes and assure business cases and solution designs.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and service delivery.
Establish a centre of excellence for Business Analysis, promoting continuous improvement and governance.
About You
You are a confident and collaborative leader with deep expertise in business analysis and transformation. You bring strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Essential skills and experience:
Extensive experience in business analysis leadership within large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of BA frameworks, modelling techniques, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at executive level.
Professional certifications (e.g. BCS, IIBA, Agile BA) and experience with enterprise platforms are desirable.
