We’re on the lookout for a friendly, experienced Head Barista to join the team at our brand new café and restaurant in Edinburgh.
This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a passion for all things coffee and the ability to meet very high volume demand with consistency and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Consistently produce excellent coffee and drinks to the standard our guests expect
- Be responsible for the cleanliness and efficiency of the coffee area
- Run table service to a high standard, providing guests with the best experience possible as well as meeting the take-out demand
- Support and train other baristas and staff members to ensure a level of consistency
- Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Help across the venue where needed; running, cleaning and supporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid barista experience and confidence in preparing high-quality coffee in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in a high-volume coffee environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love of hospitality
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
