Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Perform hair treatments, such as deep conditioning and colouring services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate styles and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Manage client appointments and ensure timely service delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
Skills:
- Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize appointments in a fast-paced salon environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including scheduling and managing client appointments
- Familiarity with store management practices, such as inventory management and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
