As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming and dependable presence at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will embody the warmth, professionalism, and understated elegance that define Bloomsbury hospitality, anticipating needs, resolving concerns with confidence, and creating a seamless, memorable stay for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with Daily Guest Services: Support the smooth running of front desk operations, from check-in to check-out, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.
- Be a Helpful Point of Contact: Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Welcome guests on arrival, confirm booking details, issue room keys, and share information about hotel facilities and services.
- Maintain Safety Awareness: Follow safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Work as Part of a Team: Coordinate with colleagues and other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, to meet guest needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Night Shift Training & Cover: Complete a mandatory two-week night shift training program and be available to cover occasional night shifts as required.
