What You Will Be Doing
- Provide a warm friendly welcome to all guests in a professional manner.
- Be fully knowledgeable with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and pass this information on to guests whenever possible to maximize hotel sales.
- Able to operate the hotel PMS and assist reception at peak times with check-in and check-out and other reception related task.
- Be a lobby host, which includes pro-actively engaging with guests, trying to anticipate their needs, breaking reception queues, and managing the flow of guests in the hotel public areas.
