We’re on the lookout for a Group Warranty Coordinator to play a crucial role in our Franchised operations in Durham, supporting all Stellantis Brands and MG Motor UK. Your Role Will Include:
· Efficiently administering all agreed warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
· Maximising profitability by reviewing job cards and requesting necessary corrections.
· Analysing daily, weekly, and monthly warranty reports, highlighting any discrepancies.
· Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and goodwill contributions.
· Keeping up to date with the latest warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in an automotive environment
*Meticulous attention to detail with a highly organised and methodical approach.
*A real team player - We only want people who support and uplift their colleagues.
*Previous warranty administration experience (preferred but not essential).
*A customer-first mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
*Strong skills in Microsoft Office and database management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year
