Newport Live is seeking highly motivated and trend-driven Group Exercise Instructors who are dynamic and forward-thinking and passionate about fitness and innovation, with a proven ability to build community and inspire participants. You will deliver a range of innovative and diverse fitness classes, including HIIT, Dance, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, and Pilates. We’re looking for individuals with energy, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries in the fitness industry.
Minimum qualifications include REPS Level 2 Fitness Instructor, CIMSPA Group Exercise Instructor, or equivalent. Specialty certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Functional Training, or Indoor Cycling are highly desirable.
Up-to-date First Aid at Work qualification.
You will independently lead group classes tailored to various fitness levels and abilities, while adhering to the highest brand standards and offering a unique, engaging experience that fosters member retention and community.
You must show evidence of working using your own initiative, experience of teaching a group and have the knowledge & understanding of working within your qualified area would be required.
You should have the drive and passion for working in a sporting, leisure and cultural environment, and demonstrate our core values of Care, Passion, Teamwork, Inspiration, Innovation, and Inclusivity.
Hours: shifts cover our venue operational hours, so can be available across early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Pay: £27.28 per hour
