Job Title: Group Assistant TM1 Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Group Assistant TM1 Developer to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environment, as well as assist in the daily operations and long-term development of Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close) and other Oracle Cloud applications. The successful candidate will work closely with finance, IT, and senior developers to ensure the accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement of our financial systems.
This role offers a fantastic development opportunity. You will receive extensive hands-on training directly from the Group Senior TM1 Developer and the Group TM1 Developer. Oracle Cloud training will be provided both off-site through our third-party training provider and on-the-job with additional support and guidance from the Group Senior TM1 Developer and the Group TM1 Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, rules, processes, and reports.
Support daily maintenance activities for Oracle FCC and other Oracle Cloud EPM products.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions across TM1 and Oracle Cloud platforms.
Perform data integration, ETL development, and ensure timely and accurate data loads into TM1 and Oracle FCC.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, documentation, and training efforts.
Assist with the project to migrate TM1 from on-premise to the cloud, including testing, data validation, and user support during the transition.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
Follow governance, documentation standards, and best practices in both TM1 and Oracle system development.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with TM1
Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ETL tools.
Exposure to scripting or programming languages (VBA).
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical teams and business users.
