Groundworks Labourer

We have a position available for a hardworking individual who enjoys groundworks/working outdoors.
As a groundworker your duties will include:
- Carry out excavation and ground preparation
- Tasks for construction projects
- Assist in the installation of drainage systems, foundations and other groundwork elements.
- Safe operation of small construction plant
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow instructions from site management regarding specific tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundwork or construction is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a construction environment is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is essential
