Founded in 2012, Ventureserve is a leading landscape maintenance & restoration company. We work with local councils and multinational organisations in creating and maintaining grasslands and woodlands. Our work includes annual vegetation management, weed control, wildflower meadow creation, tree planting & coppicing, and maintaining fencing and pathways.

The Role
This opportunity is for a sub-contractor position. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will work as part of a team and independently to deliver exceptional grounds maintenance services across multiple sites.
Duties will include:
- Strimming & hedge cutting
- Herbicidal spraying (if qualified)
- Seasonal planting of trees, whips, shrubs & bulbs
- Occasional involvement in larger landscaping projects
You must be able to work efficiently to meet client deadlines while maintaining the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites
- Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual work in various weather conditions
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol tests
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance (preferred, but training can be provided)
Desirable Qualifications
- Valid CSCS Card (Required)
- PA1, PA2, PA6 Spraying Certification
- Other relevant Lantra or NPTC qualifications
