About the Role
As a Grounds & Siting Team Member, you will work within the Estates team to support the siting of caravans and the maintenance of our beautiful grounds across all parks. Your role is vital in ensuring that our outdoor spaces and customer areas are always maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the siting team with moving and siting caravans, including tractor driving (training provided).
- Carry out garden and lawn maintenance, ensuring all areas are kept to an excellent standard.
- Operate a range of machinery, including ride-on and hand mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers.
- Maintain the parks’ gardens, grounds, and refuse areas to ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
- Undertake daily litter picks and general site upkeep.
- Drive, maintain, and clean company vehicles and machinery.
- Log any faults or issues with the Estates Supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Keep the Grounds stores clean, safe, and organised.
- Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all customers.
- Act as an ambassador for Beverley Holidays at all times.
- Follow all company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
- Support with any additional tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the Estates department.
Education, Training, and Experience
- Previous experience in grounds and gardens maintenance.
- Experience with driving tractors (desirable).
- Competent in the safe use of outdoor machinery.
- Experience with hedge cutting.
