Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks (drainage, kerbing, paving, concreting, foundations, etc.)
- Operate plant and machinery safely (where tickets held)
- Work as part of a professional crew on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Maintain health & safety standards on-site
Requirements
✅ Must hold valid CSCS card
✅ Must hold relevant plant tickets (dumper / roller / excavator etc.)
✅ Previous experience in groundworks essential
✅ Full UK driving licence preferred
✅ Willingness to travel (projects across Essex & nationwide)
