Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundworkers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and aesthetics of various, performing groundworks.
Responsibilities
- Perform tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Operate bucket trucks safely for high-reaching tree maintenance tasks.
- Utilize rigging techniques for efficient tree removal and pruning.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, and planting.
- Implement lawn care practices to enhance turf health and appearance.
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping and planning landscape projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain equipment used in landscaping and tree care operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping, tree care, or horticulture is preferred.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and safe bucket operation is essential.
- Knowledge of GIS applications related to landscape management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
