Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and foster community engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital design principles and the ability to create visually appealing content across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually compelling content using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and InVision.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy adjustments and optimise performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
- Conduct photography sessions for content creation, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand aesthetics.
- Assist in web design projects to enhance user experience and visual appeal on our website.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, and CorelDraw.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in design and content creation.
- Experience in photography is highly desirable for creating original content.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
