Who You Are
The Graphic Designer will provide a high quality in-house creative design service whilst also supporting the Group Head of Marketing with the implementation of the Marketing plan, working as a key part of the wider Marketing team. This role will suit a creative, organised individual with an eye for detail and a desire to make a real positive impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design of professional materials in varied formats to promote our products and brand across different channels
- Production of high-quality designs within agreed timescales in response to Graphic Design requests
- Work with the Group Head of Marketing and wider team to develop a range of professional Marketing assets, including digital, web and print, for use internally and externally across all channels
- Collate designs with specialist content and data produced by colleagues to create assets such as Market Insight reports, web and social media content, leaflets, posters and signage
- Provide creative input and ideas into projects
- Work in line with brand guidelines
- Work with the People team to promote our Company values and employment brand
- Liaise with external service providers as required e.g. to arrange printing and signage
- Support with wider Marketing activities including setting up for trade events
- Input into and contribute to the delivery of the Marketing Plan
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Graphic Design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- Experience with video editing software such as Premier Pro and After Effects
- Proven experience in designing professional Marketing assets
- Web design experience would be desirable
- Flexible and able to take feedback on board to make design alterations
- IT literacy using Microsoft Office
- Great listening, verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work at pace and meet multiple deadlines

How We Work Together
- Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times
- Hybrid position, based at Head Office in Offenham near Evesham. (2 days working from home, 3 days in Head office)
