What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with potential customers through emails and calls, to showcase why our conferences make a difference.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with delegates.
- Support sales campaigns, conference launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Keep track of conversations and leads using our CRM (don’t worry — we’ll teach you).
- Work closely with your colleagues in the marketing team to deliver the best delegate experience.
- Hit (and celebrate) personal and team goals.
- Stay curious: continuously learn about our conferences, industry trends, and new ways to sell smarter.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Hunger to learn, grow, and win.
- Confident communication skills (written, phone, and in person).
- Positive energy and a natural knack for building connections.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to manage your time and tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy: willing to learn new tools and systems.
- High standard of English both in writing and in spoken language. We sell to high end clients so sounding right is so important to us!
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, or similar.
- A genuine interest in conferencing and events..
