Overview
We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic operative to join our grab team, to work on our utility power sector for our respectable clients within the Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion & Swansea areas
Duties
- Assist the grab driver team leader with backfilling operations, compacting the trenches & clear spoil from various sites
- Work within the Health & Safety policies of our clients in regards to onsite PPE & operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Ensure the safety of members of the public and operational staff whilst the HGV is operating
Experience
- Previous experience with working on utilities & the public highway is preferred but not essential.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential attributes for success in this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
