Job Summary: The warehouse operative will be responsible for all aspects of dealing with products and stock within the building, goods inwards, stores, dispatch and driving to sub suppliers. Ensuring that these areas of the business are always running smoothly communicating with the rest of the business to manage the flow of goods maintaining a high level of quality, highlighting non-confirming issues to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receiving and Delivering goods to the parts department
· Supporting stores personnel
· Supporting QC department with good in inspections.
· Dealing with delivery drivers
· Sorting and inputting product details into the internal system
· Manual Handling involved including the use of a forklift
· Driving to suppliers, collecting and delivering products
· Ability to read and interpret measuring tools.
· Ability to read technical drawings
· Inspect goods for imperfections
