- Facilitate communication between R&D and cross-functional groups, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Drive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure positioning, messaging, and enablement materials are delivered and adopted.
- Lead post-launch retrospectives with R&D and cross-functional partners to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement for our launch process.
- Define, manage, and continuously improve processes that enable effective collaboration between R&D and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure that GTM and Operational stakeholders are involved in R&D planning.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Operations roles within a technology company.
- Experience working within a Product or Engineering organization and interfacing with Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Business Systems, and other customer-facing and internal-facing teams.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to structure complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive them to completion.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving clarity and accountability.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, without direct authority.
- Excellent facilitation skills for leading cross-functional meetings, including weekly launch check-ins, retrospectives, issue and risk reviews, and leadership updates.
- Experience with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycles and how they intersect with go-to-market processes.
