Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Girls Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and develop players of all skill levels. This role involves teaching children so you will need to have a fun outlook and good behaviour management, while fostering teamwork, discipline and a love for the game.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills.
- Ensure all students train in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on both individual skills and team strategies.
- Organise and lead fun, skills based activities, ensuring students understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration among players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents and management regarding student development and progress where necessary.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
- Strong teaching abilities with a focus on developing young athletes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and motivate players.
- Reliable and flexible approach.
- A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all players.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: £40.00-£60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 per week
