Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Guest Help & Information Team Leader to join the team!
As a Guest Help & Information Team Leader, you will ensure that the highest levels of service and performance are delivered by ensuring effective leadership, motivation and coaching of a team of Guest Services hosts.
You will ensure that the team are meeting customer satisfaction targets and KPI scores in order to meet business needs and serve as an escalation point for guests to speak with a manager.
It will be your responsibility to not only manage your direct reports but also the day-to-day performance of all hosts working during your scheduled shift.
Qualifications & Experience:
Pay Range: GBP £12.58/Hr.
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE

- Be a strong team player with an upbeat and approachable persona
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and be flexible to changing priorities and demands
- A passion for delivering, and leading others to deliver excellent customer service
- Previous supervisory experience within a customer service environment is preferable
