The Generic Recruitment Advisor is responsible for carrying out the day to day recruitment activities. Provide recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment process and procedures related enquiries.
The Generic Recruitment Advisor provides support to the Generic Recruitment Team lead and Deputy Generic Nursing Recruitment Manager in the establishment of processes and systems of work within Generic Recruitment Team and contributes to the NHS Lothian’s Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
