Position: General Operatives
Location: Thrapston Road, Cranford, Northants NN14 4DZ
We are looking for enthusiastic Projects General Operatives to support our Jet Vac Drivers and Projects Teams in delivering essential drainage and cleaning services. This is a varied role that offers excellent opportunities for skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Jet Vac Drivers with job setups, including Jetting Operations
- Supporting Projects Operations, including operating Selwood Pumps, screens, setting up pipework, and general project duties
- Assisting with sewer cleansing and surveying alongside our CCTV Teams
- Operating mobile dewatering plants (centrifuges)
- Driving plant and tractors (full training provided); candidates with experience in farming activities are especially encouraged to apply.
Pay Rates:
- No experience: Employees with no experience can expect to earn in the region of £37,180, overtime is available during weekends and bank holidays.
- Experienced Operatives: Employees with experience can expect to earn in the region of £39,208, overtime is available during weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than six points
- Ability to commute to one of the listed locations (company vehicles are not provided to take home)

- High Pressure Water Jetting
- CSCS Card
- Streetworks Card
- EUSR Clean Water Card
- SHEA Card
- Emergency First Aid
