Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 17.00
Friday 08.00 – 14.00

As a successful candidate you will have experience working as a Damp and Mould General Operative.
Key accountabilities
- Working in a semi-skilled labourer role to complete maintenance on properties suffering from damp and mould issues.
- Washing, cleaning, and treating surfaces affected by damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
- Site set up, to include stripping out of properties including kitchens, radiators, toilets/wash basins and bathrooms and removal of plaster ready for follow on trades.
- Clean and clearance of site and delivery of materials/collection of rubbish
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties/projects as required by the line manager/senior manager.

- Be a confident communicator with the ability to follow and understand instructions
- Be hard working, reliable and trustworthy
- Be able to work to set time frames
- Be an enthusiastic team player, working well under pressure with good attention to detail
- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude and be self-motivated
- Be flexible and reliable in their approach to work
- Have a full clean driving license
General Responsibilities

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
