Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, reliability and a good work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties on-site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
