Tighten are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
