Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join a team in Warminster on a new build project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

- 3-point PPE
