We are seeking reliable and hard-working labourers to join our team on a full property refurbishment project in Streatham. The role will involve carrying out a complete strip-out of the property in preparation for refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition and strip-out of interiors, including removal of fixtures, fittings, and non-structural elements.
- Load and clear waste materials safely and efficiently.
- Support trades on site with general labouring duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in demolition and labouring.
- Valid CSCS card (essential).
- Own steel toe cap boots and appropriate PPE.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow site instructions.
This is a site-based role starting immediately. Competitive rates of pay available.
