We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll support a wide range of on-site tasks to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute as part of a hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the site
- Carry out general site clean-up and basic maintenance tasks
- Assist tradespeople (e.g. carpenters, bricklayers) with work area preparation and on-site support
- Safely operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision
- Always follow site safety protocols and wear the required PPE
- Immediately report any hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors
- Complete tasks as directed by site managers and supervisors
Requirements & Skills
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Previous construction site experience preferred, but not essential
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Valid CSCS Card required
- Full driving licence essential

Schedule
- Full-time role
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability when required
