We have an exciting opportunity for labourers to join our growing team as directly employed or as a sub contractor. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in construction and a desire to develop a career in electrical or mechanical engineering. As a Labourer at Carbon3, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of various projects while gaining valuable experience and skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general site tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Support skilled tradespeople, such as electricians and mechanical engineers, in completing project tasks.
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop knowledge and skills in construction, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Perform manual labour tasks as needed, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Qualifications and Skills:
- An interest in construction with a desire to progress into electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to developing a career in construction and engineering.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
