About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working General Labourer to join our team on a busy housing development site. The main focus of this role will be cleaning and preparing houses for handover after construction work is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and tidying of newly built properties
- Removing leftover materials and debris from inside and outside the houses
- Sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Ensuring properties are presentable and safe for inspections or occupancy
- Assisting trades where needed with basic tasks
- Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience on construction or housing sites preferred
- A valid CSCS card (if required by site regulations)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
