Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential to maintaining a productive work environment and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Duties
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
- Be able to spotter for a installer working on scissor lift.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
