Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join my clients team working in Tonnebridge Antrim the General Building Operative rate of pay will be £12.21. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, including manoeuvring bricks and materials around a busy construction site and putting them in containers ensuring that tradesmen are complimented with materials that are stacked in the correct manner. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions cleary, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions clearly from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Qualifications
- CSCS Card required
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
