This role involves assisting in a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform tasks related to painting, fabrication, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and welding as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required.
- Skills in painting, fabrication, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or welding are highly desirable.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques is essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
