Job Summary
As a Builder at Evolution Developments, you’ll be responsible for a range of construction tasks requiring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You’ll work closely with other trades to construct, repair, and maintain buildings, always upholding the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Construct, repair, and maintain structures using a variety of materials and techniques
- Perform all aspects of carpentry including framing, roofing, and finishing
- Execute basic plumbing installations and repairs
- Carry out masonry work including bricklaying and stonework
- Fabricate and install components specific to project needs
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency across multiple trades including:
- Carpentry
- Roofing
- Plumbing
- Masonry
- General fabrication
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of lifting materials and working on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
