General Assistant/ Security Services Administrator
Required for renowned events venue in London.
Salary range: £28,000-£30,000 per annum / Negotiable depending on experience
Job Role:
- Daily administrative duties such as booking of security staff for multiple events and venues
- Arranging staff rota, liaising with security staff to confirm availability and attendance through telephone or email
- Monthly checks of security staff's SIA licenses online
- Assist with processing staff wages monthly
- Preparing security quotes for events
- Readying rotas, time sheets and radios for security shifts
- Up keeping of security equipment i.e. radios, ear pieces etc.
- Arranging building waste collections (through email)
- Administrative support and data entry
- Assisting the Facilities manager with general ad-hoc duties
- General office support
- Required skills:
- Highly organised with outstanding administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills - as the candidate will be interacting with a variety of staff, contractors and clients on a daily basis
- Attention to detail
- IT skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Conscientious and well-presented
- Pro-active with a hands on approach
- Role is Monday to Friday with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
- Required experience:
- Microsoft Office and Excel: 1 year.
