Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and despatch area. You will assist with various tasks, from answering emails, taking telephone calls and other general clerical tasks. This is a part time position over 5 days, with flexible start and finish times. If you possess strong time management skills and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- General administration including replying to emails, taking telephone calls and other clerical tasks.
- Opening post, deliveries and checking in stock.
- Picking, packing and fulfilling orders including booking on post.
- Stock and Inventory management
- General front of house duties
Requirements
- The successful candidate will be a good communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Computer literacy with experience using the Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The successful individual needs to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative whilst contributing to team’s long-term goals.

Pay: £12.21-£14.65 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
