We are looking for a motivated, hard working, reliable individual who is ready to multi-task - assisting with sales , customer enquiries, and stores administration.

About the Role:
Daily tasks will include:
- Monitoring and responding to emails, including general enquiries and customer requests.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the correct team member or department.
- Speaking with customers, providing friendly and professional support for basic enquiries.
- Assisting with despatch operations, monitoring, and handling domestic and international shipments.
- Using computer systems to manage customer records, CRM entries, invoicing, and stock management.
- Supporting colleagues with general business operations and contributing as a proactive team player.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to work effectively with digital systems.·
- Good organisational skills, with the flexibility to handle a range of tasks.

Training & Development
Training will be provided, and responsibilities will grow as you develop in the role. Initially, you will focus on core tasks such as call handling and email monitoring. Over time, motivated individuals will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities, including customer account management, stock control, and international shipping. With this progression comes the potential for increased responsibility and salary growth.

Salary:
£24,500 – £25,750 per annum
