Founded over 100 years ago by George Palmer, our fifth generation family garden centre began as a small nursery, with George and Julia building greenhouses and growing plants by hand. In the 1960s, the business expanded to offer retail products as garden centres evolved.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our busy team working within the centre in seasonal departments and maintaining our high standard of customer service.
Duties will include:
- Merchandising stock.
- Pricing and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Till cover when required.
- Assisting customers.
- All other duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent customer service skills.
All our contracts include some weekend working.
