In the role of GC Content Creator & Facilitator, you’ll be our subject matter expert and create assets, content, and provide support for Global Campus (GC), Nord Anglia Education's student-facing learning platform and programme, leading activities from build through to run. You’ll also create teacher support materials on Nord Anglia University (NAU), Nord Anglia Education’s staff-facing professional development platform.
The role:
As GC Content Creator and Facilitator your focus will be to:
- Develop strong collaborative relationships across our GC, NAU, Education, central, regional, and local school teams to help us deliver world-class programmes.
- Work and deliver on projects requested by various stakeholders - ensure that content is aligned to their requirements and expectations.
- Utilise an understanding of education and learners aged 5-18 (either K-12 and/or EY, and/or Primary, and/or Secondary) to independently create high-quality, engaging and creative content such as activities, events, and competitions.
- Lead and manage multiple projects or activities with different timelines, identifying key milestones, actions, and deliverables. Demonstrate the ability to work at pace, plan effectively, and take ownership of project outcomes.
- Confidently navigate various time zones and cultures while communicating with schools and creating content used by students around the world.
- Manage and monitor activity and course data to enhance engagement.
- Create and distribute support and training materials for teachers on Nord Anglia University (NAU), including delivering information workshops and webinars.
- Develop and showcase an in-depth understanding of the Global Campus programme, and related Ed Team programmes which sit on the platform.
- Develop and demonstrate the technical expertise in the platforms Moodle (Global Campus) and Docebo (Nord Anglia University) required to confidently create, manage, and curate high-quality content and other assets. Full training will be given on both platforms, so no previous experience is necessary though an ability to learn new technology quickly is essential.
