Ferguson Transport & Shipping, as port managers for Kishorn Port & Dry Dock are currently recruiting for Gatehouse / Security Staff.
Working a current shift pattern of 4 days on / 4 days off, 6am – 2pm, this role offers the potential for a job share for those with a preference for part-time working.
Duties will include:
- Managing and controlling the entry / exit of vehicles and personnel via the gatehouse
- Confirming visitor authorisation status
- Responding to and reporting any security breaches to Port Management
- Undertaking regular patrols of the site and buildings
Previous experience of working in a similar role would be preferred, however this is no essential as full training will be provided.
