Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to start our new maintenance team. We are looking for somebody to maintain the high end gardens that we create.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of how to maintain a garden and experience in doing so.
Responsibilities
- Pruning and cutting back a broad variety of plants, understanding when is the appropriate time to do so.
- Weeding and cultivating beds.
- Planting trees, shurubs and samll plants.
- Mowing lawns.
- Hedge cutting.
- Leaf clearance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in gardening is essential.
- Knowledge of plant specific care.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to gardening tasks. This includes leaf blowers, lawn mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, pruning saws.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- A genuine passion for horticulture.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
