We are seeking a Gardener to join our teams in the Heart of the Lake District! Are you passionate about gardening or eager to cultivate a new skill set? Join our dynamic team in the picturesque landscapes of the Lake District.
While previous experience is advantageous, it's not required – we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Salary offered will be dependent on experience (£12-£14 per hour).
The start date for this position will be September 2025.
As a member of our busy gardening teams, you'll have the chance to contribute to the maintenance and creation of beautiful outdoor spaces. Main duties include:
- Maintain and care for gardens and landscapes
- Various gardening tasks such as pruning, weeding, grass cutting, edging and trimming
- Operate tools effectively and safely
Working hours are 07:30am to 4:30pm with a 1 hour break, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have:
- Driving licence
- Previous gardening experience (desired)
- Passion for outdoors and gardens
- Team oriented and enthusiastic
- Attention to detail
