Role Description
This is a Full time multi job role as a Garage Administrator for our small local garage and also a hire co-ordinator for our Traffic management vehicle hire company.
The Garage Administrator and Hire Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the garage, coordinating vehicle hires, maintaining records and documentation, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to standards.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation and invoicing
- Customer service and client liaison experience
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Basic knowledge of commercial and non commercial vehicles
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in relevant fields is advantageous
