We are an experienced studio with a strong track record in building high-quality slot games. Now we are expanding our offerings with a new and innovative real-money PvP Slots Tournament product. This game will combine the thrill of slot gameplay with competitive, leaderboard-based tournaments and configurable prize multipliers.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in iGaming who can confidently lead an experienced development team in bringing a high-quality PvP Slots Tournament to life. You will be responsible for translating the core game concept into detailed systems, logic, and user flows. You will take ownership of the tournament mechanics from both a technical and gameplay perspective.
This role requires ensuring the gameplay logic is coherent, fair, and scalable. You will also need to ensure the product complies with legal requirements for real-money PvP games. You will guide the technical implementation of asynchronous tournament play and leaderboard scoring. Most importantly, you will create a fun, engaging, and repeatable experience that players want to return to.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands how PvP tournament games function at a technical and gameplay level.
Responsibilities
- Define and document the tournament mechanics.
- Collaborate with developers to implement gameplay logic, manage edge cases, and configure asynchronous player matching using historical pools.
- Translate gameplay concepts into clear and actionable product documentation.
- Design the reward and payout structures for various entry levels such as 2x, 5x, 10x, and 100x.
- Support QA efforts to test, balance, and prepare the product for launch.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Proven experience launching real-money PvP or leaderboard-based games, such as slots, skill games, fantasy sports, or poker.
- A deep understanding of asynchronous multiplayer systems, scoring frameworks, and balancing for fairness.
- The ability to translate high-level vision into structured implementation plans for development teams.
- Experience owning a product from initial design through to launch, including making critical gameplay and logic decisions.
